four berth touring caravan and awning in Consett, Northumberland for sale

Abbey 1994 four berth caravan with awning. We bought this caravan two years ago to see if we liked touring and we love it so we are going to get a bigger van . This is a great starter van in really good condition for its age light to tow. It has a few marks as would be expected in a van of this age but on the whole its lovely. Its bone dry inside with no damp at all. It has been re upholstered in modern fabric and is clean, from a none smoking home. It has a double bed at the front and a single and bunk at the rear. The front bed is large and could sleep three smaller people. It comes with an awning. The oven and hob are in full working order as is the fridge. Hot and cold water and flushing toilet. Lights and sockets. The gas fire didn't work when we bought the van but we have just used a small electric fan heater which I think is a much safer option anyway and would be included in the sale.
